Ordinary Construction (steel supports, wood frame) Apts w/subterranean parking, strip malls, restaurants, nightclubs and tilt up warehouses with panelized roofs

Heavy timber. Warehouses, cathedrals, older type construction
What is type V construction?
Wood frame, All wood construction, SFDs, some strip malls and 1-3 story apartments
