What is AACG?
Arrival Airfield Control Group: Responsible for receiving airlifted items and movement from airfield to deployment site.
What is DACG?
Departure Airfield Control Group: Responsible for controlling the flow of personnel, cargo, and equipment from the marshaling area to the aircraft.

What is the Maritime Prepositioning Force Process?
- When MPF Operations are ordered, the MAGTF, NSE, and NCR, are airlifted by AMC to the arrival and assembly area where the MPSCON ships are off-loaded.
- Once everything has been offloaded, the MPF operation will be terminated and operational control of the MAGTF will be transferred to the numbered fleet commanders, CTF commander, or the graphic commander.
