Charismatic
- Worship that focuses on more energetic activities such as singing, dancing or clapping

Liturgical worship

Non liturgical worship
-no set order or format to worship.
- more spontaneous.
Informal worship
-more relaxed
-does not involve a specific
setting, structure or ritual.
-more active elements such as dancing, shouting or even speaking in tongues.
Private worship
- performed individually.
-various aids to worship, = icon in the Orthodox Church or a rosary in the Catholic Church,
• maintaining their personal connection with God
Rosary beads
a rosary being a string of beads used to count prayers during
worship.
Significance of bible during worship
- teachings that come from God himself.
- let God communicate with them through its message.
-to help them through difficulties or with particular spiritual problems.

Liturgical worship advantages
- it is rooted in tradition = encourages commitment
-helps explain the significance of the sacraments - passes on teaching that has been handed down by the earliest disciples of Jesus.
-encourages a greater understanding of the key elements of the bible
