Trophic Levels.
On a food chain where each level is labeled by where it lies on the food chain.
What is trophic Cascade?
The relationship between species if they are direct, indirect, positive, or negative.
Define autotroph.
Produce/make their own food.
Heterotroph.
Relays on other plants/animals for food.
What is a herbivore?
Only eats plants
Define Carnivore
Eats only other animals/meats.
What is an omnivore?
Eats both plants and animals.
What is a detritivore?
Only eats dead organisms.
What are keystone species?
Species that are crucial for others survival in the habitat.
What is the difference between food webs and trophic Cascade diagrams?
A food web shows which animals eat others and a cascade diagram shows indirect, direct, relationships between species.
