permeable- loose boundries
Semi- loose boundries with some aspects while others more privete
impermeable- Ridgid boundries

meeting with a professional or peer group to discuss questonable or uncomfortable situations that can occur during professional interactions

Standards that are acceptable and professional behaviors by witch a person or establishment conduct business
Good human relations and meanings
The ability to listen with empathy, tactfully change the subject when necessary, and never betray your clients confidents and trust in the practitioner
Tact: Avoid what is offensive or disturbing and to do what is most considerate for all concerned
Cheerfulness: A good attitude and presenting with a pleasant facial expression
Patience: Ability to be tolerant under stressful or undesirable conditions
Honesty: Answer questions factually and tactful
Intuition: Ability to have insite into peoples feelings
Sense of humor: remaining optimistic, courteous, and in control
Maturity: Being reliable, responsible, self-diciplined, and well- adjusted
Self-esteem: respect tword yourself and your profession
Self-motivation: set positive goals and put forth the energy and effort required to achieve those goals
