Crew member names (only the number of pax is recorded in the general declaration)
Is it mandatory for each flight to have a general declaration?
No, only required in states that specifically require one
What does the cargo manifest consist of?
- airway bill number
- number of packages
- number of goods
Operators carrying baggage shall upon request provide to the authorities what?
Where it is not otherwise been provided for customs clearance purposes by the passenger
What are stores?
- goods intended for consumption by pax and crew
- goods necessary for the operation and maintenance of the aircraft
Who is responsible for the production and presentation of the cargo manifest and AWBs?
The operator or his authorised agent
How shall unaccompanied be treated?
As cargo but shall be cleared with a simplified procedure
What is the max number of copies required by the operator to deliver?
3
How long is a crew members certificate valid for?
Valid for term of employment
What can the CMC be used for instead of a visa and passport?
For temporary entry into a CS as long as crew member remains within the confines of the airport or city
If you enter on a country on a non scheduled flight what must you leave on?
The same aircraft
