2nd: olanzapine, aripiprazole, risperidone or quetiapine IN COMBO WITH = valproate or lithium

3rd: alternative antipsychotics = asenapine, ziprasidone OR
alternative mood stabilisers = carbamezapine, lamotrigine in combo
