Vitamin C and a series known as the vitamin B complex. Most water soluble vitamins are components of coenzymes.

Needed for proper collagen formation. It’s a reducing agent in the hydroxlyation reaction when proline becomes hydroxyproline in collagen.

How does Vitamin E work?
Radical scavenger. It takes highly reactive radicals and destroys it.

Found in all body cells and their conc. are regulated by homeostatic mechanism that balance their storage, use, and excretion.
Where is iodine most highly concentrated in the body?
Thyroid. It need its to make its hormones T3 and T4.
