Every officer ( whether on duty or while in any department premise, property or vehicles who responsible suspects or knows that a member has engaged in conduct prohibited by AUC 202 or any addenda shall immediately
A
- Prohibit any member with in duty or off duty present at time of discovery of any violation of AUC 202 leave premise. Without permission of investigating officer
- Immediately relieve on duty members from emergency response
- Immediately have affected unit placed OOS
- Notify Adminstrative battalion chief or if appropriate the next superior officer
- Notify BITS
- Document incident in company journal

Responsibilities of officer in charge of investigating a suspected or known violation of AUC 202 shall immediately
A
- Conduct roll call of all on duty and off duty members present in premise at time of the roll call
- Advise all officers and FF WHOM THE INVESTIGATING officer responsibly believes may be subject to charges of their right to representation before being questioned
- Following notifaction conduct an investigation to ascertain which members may have engaged in any conduct prohibited by AUC 202
If investigating officer has reason to believe any members have violated AUC 202 immediately I order such members to be tested
If investigating officer orders testing . Document reasons in report to chief of department via chain
If no testing document reasons on report to chief of dept via chain

If testing unit arrives in firehouse where should OOD direct member to report to receive further instructions

Random testing unit will call OOD after start of tour to ascertain if member is working . When shall OOD notify member to be tested
