   B. Area tape off…danger area FD/civialian
2. Inspect electrical services in surrounding bld
   A. Use CO meters..possible extension
3. Do not move vehicles in danger zone
4. Stretch precautionary lines

2. One member left at scene rest of company returns to,quarters ( company officers provide relief)
3. When member left at scene company officer shall at frequent intervals contact dispatcher for re-notification to utility company
4. Manhole shall be protected by traffic cones and tape and all units placed in service
