A

Technically, they do not pronouce “H”.

Only used to modify pronounciation of “c” and “g” to invoke hard pronunciation before “e” and “i”.

Before i/e = sound of “K” like Kitten = Ex: “Che” (pronounced “Keh”) or “Ghepardo” (Geh-par-do / leaopard).

Never has the “Ch” sound that we have like choice or cheese.
