Đôi khi, một chút chanh hoặc axit thường được thêm vào để cân bằng hương vị cho món ăn và đây được xem là một loại “seasoning”. Và thường thì “seasoning” thường được thêm vào giai đoạn cuối của quá trình nấu nướng.
