Truce ended in 1495 when James IV supported Perkin Warbeck. A marriage to hid cousin was proposed, and he was given military support and shelter for 2 years

Henry created the largest taxatiom of his reign for war with Scotland and overall had £120,000. His plans were foiled and he had to divert
September 1497
Warbeck departs and is imprisoned and the treaty of Ayton is signed which ends the conflict. Unfortunately it only stabilised, not secured.
