Give an example of a UTM device.

What is a file server?
A network server that stores and manages shared files for users.
What is a print server?
A device that manages print jobs from multiple users and sends them to a network printer.
Name two common web servers.

What does an email server do?
Manages sending, receiving, and storing emails.
What is the function of SMTP (port 25)?
Sends outgoing emails.
What is the function of POP3 (port 110)?
Downloads emails from the server and removes them.
What is the function of IMAP (port 143)?
Synchronizes emails across multiple devices without removing them from the server.
What is Microsoft Exchange used for?
Enterprise-level email and collaboration management.
What does an AAA server do?
Provides Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting for network security.
Name two common AAA protocols.

What is Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)?
A Microsoft authentication system for managing users, permissions, and access control.

A server that allows users to connect remotely via VPN or dial-up.
