Lamber-eaton - antibodies against volatge gated Ca+ channels - prevents release of ACh

- mifepristone orally
(36-48hrs later)
- misoprostol sublingual/buccal/vaginally

Surgical

• misoprostol or osmotic dilators
• surgery can go home that day or the next
