Q

How to calculate Corrected/Adjusted Age?

A

Chronological Age - Prematurity (from 40 weeks)

E.g

Baby was born at 32 weeks gestation and is now 10 weeks old

  • 40-32 = 8 premature
  • Chronological: 10
  • 10 - 8 = 2

= 2 weeks corrected
