Be aware of your willpower, how it might be defeated, keep up with small things like cleaning and neatness and bathing.
Self inner kindness leads to outer kindness.
Altruistic beings have great self control. Good habits. Self reward.
Reflect often and record it. Systematize thoughts like in gtd.

Performances, impulses, thoughts emotions decisions. All things need to be organized. Offense is the best solution, along with glucose.
