Natural areas and features, Purpose build or man - made attractions, Historical or heritage attractions, Sporting events, Special events.
What are some examples of natural areas and features ?
National parks, beaches, mountains, lakes and landscapes.
What are some examples of purpose built or man - made attractions ?
museums, art galleries (Tate Britain)
What are some examples of historical or heritage attractions ?
Edinburgh Tower, Tower of London, Stonehenge, Blenheim Palace.
What are some examples of sporting events ?
football matches, golf etc.
What are some examples of special events ?
Edinburgh Festival, Notting Hill Carnaval, Glastonbury.
What facilities do all attractions/ events have for visitors ?
Parking, restaurants / cafes, gift shops, experiences and entertainment, information about the attraction etc.
