- rigidity of back muscle
- possible crepitus

refer to urinary specialist (Surgery if needed)

2 week removal from physical activity if hematuria is present (padding)
Kidney Stones Cause
high mineral saturation in urine leads to formation of crystals in the kidney, ureter, bladder, or urethra
Kidney Stones S&S
- severe abdominal pain
- dysuria
- fever
- nausea
- vomiting
Kidney Stones Treatment
- 80% pass naturally
- 20% require surgery
UTI Cause
bacterial infection that most commonly occurs in the lower urinary tract
UTI S&S
- dysuria
- polyuria
- passing small amounts of urine
- lower pelvic discomfort
- abdominal cramping
- cloudy or bloody urine
UTI Treatment
- antibiotics
- Cranberry juice
- urine following sexual intercourse
UTI RTP
no restriction unless complicated
Rhabdomyolysis Cause
Direct or indirect muscle injury
- death of muscle fibers and release of content into blood stream
- leads to renal failure
Rhabdomyolysis S&S
- muscle pain
- weakness
- trouble moving
- abdominal pain
- nausea
- vomiting
- fever
- dehydration
- dark red or brown urine
Rhabdomyolysis Treatment
- IV Fluids
- dialysis (rarely)
