Definition of urinary incontinence
Involuntary loss of urine that is sufficient enough in frequency and amount to cause physical and/or emotional stress for the pt.
Women suffer from incontinence more than men

- stress- loss of urine with exerted pressure like a cough or sneeze
- urge-
- mixed- combination of stress and urge
- overflow- cannot empty bladder
- other- fistula, spinal cord issue, etc..
Risk factors
- females over males
- Menopause
- Child birth
- Immobility
- Environmental Barriers
- Altered Cognition
- Medication
- Smoking
- Collagen
- Nerve disorders
- stroke
- diabetes
- Anything that increases intra-abdominal pressure

Anal wink test is testing what nerve
Pudendal (S2-4). The Pudendal nerve innervates all of the external genitalia as well as thesphincters of the baldder and rectum. It reactes to sharp and dull touch. It innervates bulbocavernosus muscle
