responsiveness towards external food cues, including the smell and taste of foods

- make one family meal
- make sure your child comes to the table hungry
- avoid distractions like toys or tv
- eats meals at the table as a family
What is important when it comes to fast food and children?
teach them moderation, feeding them fast food influences lifelong influences
What do WHO growth charts consist of?
Weight and height for age fo girls and boys from ages 2-19 to compare with norms
BMI percentile
What is considered underweight?
below the 5th percentile
