• foster self organisation and cross functionality
• support Dev Tram and PO
• guide org on path to agility
• facilitating discussion for team to find their own solutions (i.e. be Moffat) rather than just answering
  
  • know the right questions to ask the team to help them find their answers
• encourage the team to be open
• confront issues, explore issues and make course of action
• encourage inspection and adaption - ensure selected option was helping as planned. If not solution was not working, challenge team to find another way
• serve as the conscience of the team - focus the team on finding best solutions and keep doing this
