- customer cannot see anything until the end of the process
- **rigid - fixed reqs, changes must go through change management process**
- low visibility - customer in the dark about the final outcome
- plan-centric - plan in place and work on product
4
Q
Explain value drive model
A
- Have reqs and don’t need to know all of them before starting
- ordered reqs - e.g. most valuable for customer at top
- refine requirements from highest priority
- max 1 month iterations
- relesable at end of sprint - don’t have to give to client then though e.g. after 3rd iteration, let them use the product
- ****flexiblity - change reqs as needed and adapt****
- high visibility - release to customer and can use and give feedback
- customer-centric - focus on customer
- E.g. scrum
