How should Product Backlog Refinement be faciltated?
A
- Team decides long long sessions are and how frequent
- Remind team of product goal - help focus on next items to refine
- Show ordered PB
- Team reflects and discusses order - e.g. look for risks of lower priority items, any irrelevant items
- Team looks at updating higher items - break down, refine requirements/detail
- Watch out for detailed discussions - don’t need a detailed plan, just enough to start the sprint e.g. estimations and general idea of items so they are confident that they can complete the item within a sprint
