A

A vegan is someone who chooses not to consume foods derived from animals and animal by products such as dairy, eggs, and honey. They also choose not to purchase any products tested on animals such as clothing and cosmetic products. They may also avoid purchasing/using leather products such as bags, shoes, coats, or anything made from animals.

What is a vegetarian?

A

Someone who predominantly receives nutrients through non-animal sources. Within this group are distinct groups of vegetarians such as lacto-ovo-vegetarian (eats eggs & dairy), lacto-vegetarian (eats dairy, but not eggs), Ovo-vegetarian (eats eggs, but not dairy.

A vegetarian who does not eat eggs or dairy is a vegan.

It’s anti-inflammatory
