What is “Healthy”?
Healthy is a decision and a decision is the difference between an interest and a commitment.
What happens when a client “decides” on “Healthy”?
They are deciding that Healthy is as much a part of their life as breathing and that they will be able to do it anywhere, anytime.
How can clients set up their environment for success?
They can start with clearing out the clutter in their kitchen. Our physical environment is a reflection of our internal world. By clearing, we are making room for something new and allowing our minds to make room for that internal shift to happen as well.
What else does a client need to consider in their decision for “Healthy”?
They need to remember that fresh air and sunshine are also food in terms of the vitamins that are accessible. EX: Vitamin N=Nature, Vitamin FA=Fresh Air, Vitamin S=Sunshine

What’s a bonus tip on deciding “Healthy”?
When traveling or when you don’t have access to good food, focus on how you are eating and make sure that how you’re eating is with gratitude.
