  • Society always needs a skilled workforce to function
  • doing vocational courses is beneficial >< it is not suitable for anyone.

Body:
- vocational courses is important because of some ….
+ A uni degree is not necessary for many service professions (not everything is taught at Uni).
+ Practical training is more important in some industries
+ People can save a lot of time and money …
+ provides flexible choice for poor people
+ can not attend uni < high tuition fee< take vocational course > get a job

+ increase the competition in the job market < many ppl have the same skills & apply for the same position.
+ A degree can open the door to better employment prospects
+ uni students are more favourably considered by companies < well educated
+ Most jobs require specific knowledge and skills
