+ community can benefits from these activities
+ save public money > use it on more important issues eg..
- The disadvantages of this are more important.
+ Distract young people from their priorities.
+ Students > are expected to attend lessons, complete homework > research in labs»_space;heavy workload
+ Should spend their little remaining time relaxing.
+ Forcing the youth to engage in those activities > hate community > not effective < irresponsible ways
