- It is true that demand for transport and accommodations is growing fast.
- The movement of organizations from urban areas >< benefits are far more significant.
Body:
- Not easy for organization to move from a major city to the countryside without suffering any losses.
+ Huge money to rebuild factories
+ People are not willing < maintain living standards
+ brain drain > hire local worker > train them > performance would still not be guaranteed.
- The advantages of this scenario are more important.
+ reduce the population density in the urban areas
+ influx of workers > rush hours > traffic Jam would disappear.
+ makes way for the construction of more residential areas
+ Provide job for locals people > contribute for the local community
