What is a fulacht fia
A fulacht is a cooker used first in the Bronze Age. It works by:
You dig a hole near a river and line it with wood and fill with water. Then stones were heated in a fire and when they were hot they were put into the pit and made the water boil. Then you cook the meat by wrapping it in straw and putting it in the water.
Who were the beaker people
The beaker people were new settlers in Ireland. They worked with metals. Archaeologists have named them the beaker people because they found large drinking containers like a beaker that these people had made.
