- levalbuterol; R-isomer of albuterol
- comes in MDI or nebulizer
- relief of bronchospasm
- can use 15 minutes before activity to prevent exercise induced bronchospasm
- keep in foil package; protect from light
- solution: 0.31, 0.63, 1.25mg/3mL
- concentrate: 1.25mg/0.5mL
- 1 vial nebulizer tid (dosage based on age)

- have oral dosage form
- used for: tocolytic agent to relax uterine smooth muscle associated with preterm labor
- 5 mg tab tid

- beta 3 agonist
- available in ER, 25 and 50 mg
- used for over active bladder, urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency
- adverse effects: tachycardia, insomnia
- 25 - 50 mg once daily

- MDI: 1-2 puffs q4-6hours prn
