A

foot manipulated towards normal position and cast applied
repeated over + over again until foot in normal position

at some point achiles tenotomy is requierd

after finished with cast, use a brace to hold feel in position when child not walking until kid ~4yrs old

common condition
resting position ankle is plantar flexion and supination

not fixed and no boney issue

rx with physiotherapy, will resolve in time
