Q

Hurley & Kwon

A

Investigated correlation between uplifts & how much an individual savoured the positive moments they experienced

  • Group w/ low uplifts & savouring = most @ risk of negative effects on wellbeing
    • Group showed low levels of positive affect & satisfaction with life
  • Group w/ low uplifts & high savouring = similarly positive responses to those with high uplifts

To deal with D/H = individual can become better @ savouring even low levels of uplifts
