What are the stages and symptoms associated with the stages?

A
  • Primary- raised painless papule w an ulcerated centre (chancre)
  • Secondary- widespread mucocutaenous lesions, sore throat, headache, fever, malaise, lymphadenopathy
  • Tertiary- characterised by gumma (soft, non-cancerous growth- form of granuloma)

>90% of cases are in MSM
