what is it?
A
- systemic disease resulting from hyperstimulated ovaries
- release of VEGF–> increased vascular permeability –> fluid leaking from blood vessels

presentation?
A
- abdo pain & bloating
- nausea & vomiting
- diarrhoea
- hypotension
- ascites
- oliguria
- hypoproteinaemia
- prothrombotic state w risk of VTE
