laissez faire style

risk-less motivated players will stop working when left alone
fielders contingency model of leadership
took into account the situation factor
suggested that autocratic/task orientated style of leadership is best used in two opposite situations e.g
when something is good-favourable situation
when something is bad-less favourable situation
situation between good and bad-moderately favourable situation and suggested that a person orientated/democratic style is best used
