Lobster Bisque
Pitcher and bisque bowl
DESCRIPTION
- 10 ounce house-made lobster bisque with 1 ounce Butter Poached Lobster meat seasoned with kosher salt
- garnished with freshly chopped Chives and Dried Lobster Roe
Allergies – shellfish, gluten, dairy
SERVICE
- Soup spoon placed to the right of the guest
- Presentation: pour soup tableside in a circular motion around garnish
Rap: 10 oz of house-made creamy bisque poured tableside over bowl with butter poached lobster meat, chives and lobster roe.
French Onion
Soup crock on doily-lined salad round
DESCRIPTION
- 12 ounces of caramelized onion soup made with chicken stock, veal stock, marsala, shallots, yellow onions, scallions, and leeks, brioche croutons and a mix of provolone and Swiss cheese, gratineed.
- garnished with minced parsley.
*Allergies – gluten/wheat, dairy
SERVICE
- soup spoon placed to the right of the guest
Presentation: Crock handle at 2:00
NOTES
Still a little gluten even if croutons removed (probably not okay for Celiacs)

Rap: 12 oz of caramelized onion soup made with chicken
stock, veal stock, marsala, shallots, yellow onions,
scallions, leeks, brioche croutons and topped with
provolone and Swiss then baked to a melty
goodness ( gluten, wheat, dairy)
Crisp Iceberg Salad

DESCRIPTION
- iceberg round topped with
Red wine vinegar, Cabernet buttermilk,
grape tomato halves,
candied bacon,
thinly sliced radishes,
pickled red onion,
blue cheese crumbles, and
minced chives

Topped with candied walnuts.

Classic Caesar Dressing

Brioche Garlic Croutons
GARNISHED WITH: crispy Parmesan crisps and grated Parmesan

SERVICE

Rap: Tossed in out house-made Caesar dressing, we use only hearts of romaine to make it as crispy as possible. It’s finished with house-made brioche garlic croutons, gets a nice saltiness from the parmesan crisps, and its all brightened up with a final squeeze of lemon.

DESCRIPTION
A sweet and salty salad of:
- mixed greens (Arcadia, Iceberg, Romaine) is tossed with
grape tomato halves,
diced red onion,
Salami,
Daily’s Applewood Smoked Bacon,
fresh mozzarella,
shredded Parmesan and
club dressing.
- garnished with minced parsley, cracked black pepper, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and shredded Parmesan.

Shellfish “Cobb” Salad

DESCRIPTION
2 ounces butter poached shrimp and 2 ounces lobster meat, tossed in lemonette and minced parsley.
Mixed greens (Arcadia, Iceberg, Romaine)
Tossed in our Gourmet dressing (Champagne Dijon) with
roasted corn,
candied Applewood bacon,
grape tomatoes,
avocado,
hard-boiled eggs, and
Maytag blue cheese.
