Rap: 10 layers of carrot cake (that includes pureed carrots, shredded coconut, crushed pineapple) with cream cheese icing served with a pineapple sauce. There’s a beautiful blend of sweetness and cinnamon spice that’s complemented by the vibrant fruitiness of the pineapple sauce.

Lightly sweetened fresh whipped cream.

- Light peanut butter mousse over an Oreo cookie crumb crust covered with bitter sweet chocolate ganache, and chocolate sauce.

• Lightly sweetened fresh whip cream, and chocolate stick.
• Garnished with powdered sugar

Bottom crust is crushed Oreos blended with creamy peanut butter

Rap: Soft peanut butter mousse on a crumbled Oreo crust, topped with a rich dark chocolate ganache.

Graham crust = crush graham and butter

Rap: Light and fluffy, but with a nice density. Served with tart, sweet cherry sauce that cuts through the richness of the cheesecake.
