Warm buttery cinnamon roll dough
filled with cinnamon and sugar filling
and topped with a warm cream cheese

Smoked Salmon Latke
5 ½ oz. House made latke fried
golden brown,
served over a smear of chive sour cream,
topped with
chive sour cream,
sliced lightly salted beefsteak tomato,
thinly sliced hard boiled eggs,
3 oz. of smoked salmon
then finished with a dollop of caviar.
Served with:
arugula,
pickled red onion,
thinly sliced radish,
lemon zest,
salt,
tossed in EVOO.
Allergies: Shellfish (latke
depending on the fryers), Dairy
Crab Cake Eggs Benedict
English muffins brushed with fish butter* and seared,
then topped with
(2) 2.5 oz. crab cakes,
hollandaise and
then garnished with
smoked paprika and
chives.
Served with:
arugula,
arcadian mix,
shaved red onion,
roasted tomato,
lemon zest,
tossed in red wine vinaigrette.

Lobster Surf and Turf
4 oz. Gouda Potato Cake served over Cabernet Jus sauce
Topped with:
2oz. of braised short rib meat,
3 oz. of lobster meat (a 1/2 lobster tail and claw meat),
a poached egg,
hollandaise sauce
Garnished with:
chives and
lobster roe.

Blackened Salmon Salad
6 oz. of blackened salmon,
arcadian lettuce blend,
spiced walnuts,
strawberries, grapes,
cantaloupe, and
goat cheese
Tossed in a basil poppyseed dressing.
Allergies: Fish, Nuts, Shellfish
Prime Steak and Egg
6 oz. Prime New York Strip seasoned with salt & black pepper
Served over:
3-4 pieces of asparagus
and topped with a poached egg.
Served with:
crispy smashed fingerling potatoes that are tossed with salt, scallion and parsley
then the dish is drizzled with citrus vinaigrette
(Sherry vinegar, lemon jus, lemon zest, truffle oil, olive oil, blended oil, chopped truffles, salt and cracked black pepper)
Garnished with:
scallion,
parsley and
black truffle carpaccio

Cinnamon French Toast
Classic egg battered brioche bread seared to a golden brown,
Topped with:
a whipped mascarpone cheese that has vanilla, heavy cream, cinnamon, and sugar.
Served with:
2 pork breakfast sausage links,
a side of warm maple syrup
Then dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with mint.

Lobster Toast
Toasted brioche bread smeared with house made avocado spread (avocado, pea puree, fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt)
Topped with pieces of lobster claw and tail meat and a sunny side up egg.
Garnished with our lobster toast salad (pea shoots, sliced scallions, lemon zest, EVOO, Lemonette, and kosher salt)
and drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with lobster roe.

Truffled Potatoes
7 oz. of crispy smashed fingerling potatoes flash fried to perfection then
Tossed with:
salt, scallions & parsley and tossed in citrus truffle vinaigrette* (Sherry vinegar, lemon jus, lemon zest, truffle oil, olive oil, blended oil, chopped truffles, salt and cracked black pepper)
Garnished with black truffle slices.
Mis en place: Preset serving spoon
Allergy: Shellfish (if fryers are used for sushi shrimp)
Candied Bacon
3-4 pieces (about 4 oz.) of Applewood smoked bacon, candied with brown sugar.
Breakfast Pork Sausage
3 traditional pork sausage links seared to a golden brown
Side of Fruit
Fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, raspberries and oranges all tossed in an orange and honey glaze served over Greek yogurt.
It is finished with a baked house-made granola (oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, coconut, almonds & sugar)
Then garnished with:
black poppyseeds
fresh mint.
