12 minute cooper run
Cardiovascular fitness- use a 200m area and run as far as possible in 12 mins
Harvard step test
Cardiovascular fitness- step on a bench and off it in a rythm for 5 mins and then test your pulse
One minute sit-up test
Muscular endurance- with correct form see how many sit-ups you can do in a minute
One minute press-up test
Muscular endurance- with correct form see how many press-ups you can do in a minute
Sit and reach
Flexibility- place feet flat againsr the box and reach out and hold for a minute and see how far your reach is
Hand-grip test
Muscular strength- raise hamd above your head and squeeze your hand as you lower it
30 metre sprint
Speed- run from one point to the other as fast as possible
Vertical jump
Power- reach as high as possible and mark it then jump standing still and see how high up you jump
Illinois agility test
Agility- run 10 metres weaving between the cones as fast as possible
