Agility definition
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
Balance definition
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move
Static balance
Static balance is keeping the body stable while stationary e.g doing a handstand
Dynamic balnce
Maintaining a controlled , stable position while moving e.g hammer throw
