Q

How do we set goals?

A

We set goals by using SMART. It has to be specific so it is clear what you need to train, it needs to be measurable so that you know hence you have achieved your goal. It needs to be achievable so that you don’t demotivate yourself. Also it must be realistic and time-measurable meaning do you have the physilities to reach your goal and how long do you want to achieve your goal in
