What is body composition?
Body composition is the percentage of your body that is muscle, fat and bone
What is muscular strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
What is muscular endurance?
Muscular endurance is the ability to use your voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired

The range of motion in your joints
What is cardiovascular fitness?
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time (heart, veins, lungs)

The ability to control and change position of the body at speed

Being able to keep the whole body stable while at rest or on the move (static balance and dynamic balance).

Co-ordination is the ability to use 2 or more body parts together. Example: hand eye co-ordination

The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. It can be written in the formula power=strength x speed
What is reaction time?
Reaction time is the time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it.
What is speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.

A drug, whichcan have harmful side effects, that is sometimes used illegally by athletes to help them become stronger and muscular
