In tennis you need the ability to change position quickly with control as you move accross the court.

Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.
(there is static balence and dynamic balence)
Gymnists would need static balence when dimounting the beam to land and dynamic balence when on the beam.
What is the definition of CO-ORDINATION
And one example
The ability to use two or more body parts together
A tennis player need co-ordination so they can move their arms and legs together to hit the ball.
What is the definition of POWER
And ine example
The ability to undertake strength performance quickly. It can be written as a formula: POWER = STRENGTH X SPEED
Short distance runners need speed when running and power when they drive out the box at the start.
What is the definition of REACTION TIME
And one example
The time between a stimulas and a movement in response to it.
Reacting quickly at the start of a running race, car race, quickly reaching to a ball or a hoxer dodging a punch.
What is the definition of SPEED

The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
In swimming tney need to move their arms and legs quickly in order to be as fast as possible.
