A

fever, chills, rigors, malaise
neurological: altered mental state, heachage, meneigitis, deteroation in ADLS
resp - cough and dysponea
abdominal- ridgidity, pain, tenderness, guarding, swelling
genitourinary- dysuria, frequency, heamtoyruia
skin- celulitis, petechail ras septic arthristis
infected wound

A

neutropenia, recent chemotherapy, other immunocompromised
recent pneumonia or COPD
recent trauma/surgury
indwelling medical devices
