what is the dose for paracetamol?
A
15mg/kg

what is the dose for IN fentynal?
A
small child - 10-17 kg 25mcg
med chile 18-39 kg 25-50 mcg
repeated at 5-10 minute intervals max three times
consult RCH for further doses

A
3 ml inhaled - repate 3ml if required once

A
paracetamol

A
IN fentynal and paracetamol in combination
if mod/sevre procdural pain - also methoxyflurane

what is the action for sevre pain?
A
fentynal IN and methoxyflurane and apracetamol

what should be done if there is no ability to adminsiter fentynal IN?
A
morphine 0.1mg/kg IM last resort as a single dose only
unless pt is heaver than calculated weight- doses should not exceed 5mg
