What is service level?

What does DevOps refer to?
It’s an organizational culture that aims to improve the flow of value for the customers by focusing on CALMS.
What does CALMS stand for?
Culture, Automation, Lean, Measurement and Shared.
What is Agile methodology?
It’s an umbrella terms which refers to techniques and frameworks to work in a way that entices collaboration, prioritization, iterative and incremental delivery and timeboxing.

What is Kanban?
It a method for visualizing work, identifying potential blockages and resource conflicts, and managing work in progress.
What is validation?
It’s the confirmation that a product, service or other entity meets the agreed specifications.
What is service validation and testing practice?
The practice of making sure that products, service or other entity meets the requirements.
What is service desk practice?
The practice of capturing the demand for incident resolution and service requests.
What is asset register?
A list or database of IT asset with all key attributes, ownership and financial value.
