Service Offering Definition
A
A description of one or more services designed to address the needs of a target consumer group. A service offering may include goods, access to resources, and service actions.
Goods: supplied to consumer, consumer takes ownership
Access to Resources: consumer does not take ownership; access is granted under terms and conditions for a specified period according to terms
Service Actions: Performed BY the service provider and ACCORDING TO agreement with consumer
