Encompasses an organization’s relationships with other organizations:

Design, development, deployment, delivery, support and/or continual improvement of services

Contracts and other agreements between the organization and its partners and suppliers

Partners share the goals and risks involved in service provision and are involved in many facets of the service provision

Suppliers are responsible for providing goals and services that are used by an organization
