Ductus deferens
Goes through inguinal canal, passes through deep inguinal ring and bend medially around lateral side of inferior epigastric artery, crosses external iliac artery/vein to enter pelvic cavity.
Crosses ureter posterior to bladder
Penetrates through prostate gland to connect with prostatic urethra
Prostate zones
Anterior region (non-glandular)
Peripheral zone - prostate cancer
Transitional zone - BPH (urethra runs through here)
Central zone
Cervical and uterine cancer spread via
internal and common iliac lymph nodes
Suspensory ligament of ovary
Contains ovarian vessels, nerves and lymphatics entering the superior pole of ovary from lateral position.

Round ligament of uterus
Courses lateral and posterior to inferior epigastric artery to end in labium majus in perineum
